FRANKFORT, Kentucky, March 26 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued a formal request for information to Big Rivers Electric Corporation (BREC) as part of its annual review of the company's Marginal Resource Support Mechanism (MRSM) charge for the 2024 calendar year.
