ALBANY, New York, March 25 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved tariff amendments filed by New York State Electric & Gas Corporation (NYSEG) to modify its gas tariff schedule, aligning the loss factor calculation for Aggregation Pool Operators with previously approved changes.
