N.Y. PSC: Con Edison Billing Cycle Change Approved to Mitigate Customer Bill Volatility

ALBANY, New York, March 25 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved tariff amendments filed by Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison) to shift the effective date for market supply charge adjustments and other related charges from the eighth to the tenth billing cycle of each month.
