FRANKFORT, Kentucky, March 22 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued an order granting partial confidential treatment to documents filed by Atmos Energy Corporation related to its Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP). The decision, under Case No. 2024-00392, allows for the confidential handling of a third-party report analyzing the LTIP, but denies confidential status to the LTIP document itself.
