N.H. PUC to Review Liberty Utilities' Vegetation Management Rate Adjustment in Adjudicative Hearing

CONCORD, New Hampshire, March 22 -- The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (NHPUC) has initiated an adjudicative proceeding to review Liberty Utilities' proposed vegetation management program (VMP) rate adjustment. The decision, announced on March 21, 2025, under Docket DE 25-019, sets a hearing for April 17, 2025, to examine Liberty's request to implement a $0.00016 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) rate for its VMP.
