WASHINGTON, March 20 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a final rule extending the deadline for the removal of the 1-psi gasoline volatility waiver in Ohio and nine counties in South Dakota by one year, moving the effective date from April 28, 2025, to April 28, 2026. This decision follows petitions from the Governors of Ohio and South Dakota requesting additional time to comply with the regulatory changes aimed at reducing air pollution.
