WASHINGTON, March 20 (TNSFR) -- The Department of Interior Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has initiated a review process to determine whether South Fork Coal Company, LLC (SFCC) holds valid existing rights to use a portion of Forest Service Road 249 as a coal mine access and haul road within the Monongahela National Forest in West Virginia.
