WASHINGTON, March 19 (TNSFR) -- The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation Division of Archaeology, Nashville, has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects, determining a cultural affiliation with several Native American Tribes.

The review, conducted under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), concerns remains discovered at the Tallassee archaeological site in Blount County, Tennessee.
