TOPEKA, Kansas, March 19 -- The Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) has approved a unanimous settlement agreement regarding Evergy's Phase 2 Transportation Electrification (TE) Portfolio. The agreement, detailed in Docket No. 25-EKCE-169-TAR, allows Evergy to proceed with its Fleet Advisory Services (FAS) Program and Residential Managed Charging (RMC) Pilot, with modifications to address stakeholder concerns.
