TOPEKA, Kansas, March 19 -- The Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) has granted the Sierra Club's petition to intervene in a case concerning Evergy's proposed Large Load Power Service (LLPS) Rate Plan. The decision, outlined in Docket No. 25-EKME-315-TAR, allows the environmental advocacy group to participate in proceedings regarding Evergy's new tariff for large-load customers.
