HALLOWELL, Maine, March 19 -- The Maine Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has approved Central Maine Power Company's (CMP) request to rebuild a 1.37-mile, 34.5 kilovolt (kV) transmission line between Sanford 115 Substation and South Sanford Substation.
