CONCORD, New Hampshire, March 19 -- The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has denied motions from the Office of the Consumer Advocate (OCA) seeking the disqualification of Commissioners and a Senior Advisor, while also addressing concerns regarding Liberty Utilities' default service proposals. In Order No. 28,117, the PUC mandated that Liberty Utilities refine its proposals and address specific procurement levels.
