WASHINGTON, March 19 -- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has initiated a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) to amend the FM broadcast station allotments in Matador, Texas, addressing long-standing spacing conflicts. The FCC's Audio Division, under document DA 25-236, proposes substituting Channel 276C2 for the currently vacant Channel 244C2, and Channel 252C3 for the vacant Channel 276C3.
