ALBANY, New York, March 15 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (NYSPSC) has announced a procedural conference for the proposed 89.7-mile underground transmission line project by New York Transco LLC and the New York Power Authority. The conference, scheduled for April 2, 2025, will be held via Webex and will address critical procedural aspects of the project.
