WASHINGTON, March 15 -- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) seeking public comment on a proposal to change the broadcast channel for KHSV, channel 2, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The FCC's Media Bureau is considering a petition from CHANNEL 33, INC., the station's licensee, to substitute UHF channel 23 for the current low-VHF channel 2.
