WASHINGTON, March 15 -- The House Education and Workforce Subcommittee on Higher Education and Workforce Development released the following testimony by Molly Dodge, senior vice president of workforce and careers at Ivy Tech Community College, from a March 5, 2025, hearing entitled "Strengthening WIOA: Improving Outcomes for America's Workforce." WIOA is the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
