WASHINGTON, March 15 -- The House Education and Workforce Subcommittee on Higher Education and Workforce Development released the following testimony by Stephen Moret, president and CEO of Strada Education Foundation, from a March 5, 2025, hearing entitled "Strengthening WIOA: Improving Outcomes for America's Workforce." WIOA is the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
