WASHINGTON, March 14 -- The House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations released the following written testimony by Jason Dropik, executive director of the National Indian Education Association, from a Feb. 12, 2025, hearing entitled "Leaving Indian Children Behind: Reviewing the State of BIE Schools." BIE is the Bureau of Indian Education.
