WASHINGTON, March 13 (TNSFR) -- The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), under the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), has scheduled a series of free workshops aimed at ensuring compliance with federal regulations for Atlantic shark dealers and vessel operators. These workshops, set to take place in April, May, and June of 2025, will provide mandatory training on shark identification, as well as the safe handling and release of protected species.
