WASHINGTON, March 13 (TNSFR) -- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a 10-year debarment order against Jonathan Corbett Cosie, prohibiting him from importing or offering for import any drug into the United States.
This decision follows Cosie's conviction in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida-Jacksonville Division for two felony counts of introducing misbranded drugs into interstate commerce with intent to defraud and mislead.
