ALBANY, New York, March 13 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced the commencement of a comprehensive review of its Make-Ready Program, a key initiative designed to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) across the state. The review, initiated under Case 18-E-0138, will assess the effectiveness, progress, and future direction of the ratepayer-funded program that provides incentives for EV charging infrastructure development.
