Kentucky PSC Approves Duke Energy's Pipeline Modernization Rate Adjustment

FRANKFORT, Kentucky, March 12 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved Duke Energy Kentucky, Inc.'s application for an adjustment to its Rider Pipeline Modernization Mechanism (PMM) rates, allowing the company to recover costs associated with its pipeline replacement projects. The decision, documented in Case No. 2024-00191, authorizes Duke Energy to implement new rates following the approval of a critical project.
