FRANKFORT, Kentucky, March 12 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted Sierra Club's motion to late-file its post-hearing comments in the matter of Duke Energy Kentucky, Inc.'s 2024 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP). The decision, documented in Case No. 2024-00197, comes after Sierra Club's counsel experienced unforeseen personal issues that resulted in a brief delay.
