WASHINGTON, March 11 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has announced that it will delay enforcement of its final rule on aircraft registration and recordation procedural updates until March 20, 2025.
The rule, originally published on January 17, 2025, in the Federal Register, was intended to modernize administrative procedures by eliminating the requirement for submitting original documents and ending the FAA's longstanding practice of stamping documents.
