FRANKFORT, Kentucky, March 11 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved Kentucky Power Company's proposed updates to its Purchase Power Adjustment (P.P.A.) rates, concluding Case No. 2024-00289 without a formal hearing.
