TOPEKA, Kansas, March 6 -- The Kansas State Corporation Commission (SCC) has denied the petition for intervention filed by Sustainability Action Network, Inc. (Sustainability) in a case concerning Evergy's request for a determination of ratemaking principles for new electric generation facilities.
