FRANKFORT, Kentucky, March 4 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued a revised order regarding Kentucky Power Company's (Kentucky Power) Purchase Power Adjustment (PPA) rates, following a partial rehearing requested by the company. The decision, documented in Case No. 2023-00318, addresses concerns raised by Kentucky Power regarding the calculation of the PPA rate and the true-up mechanism.
