FRANKFORT, Kentucky, March 4 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved a motion to admit Gilbert Zelaya, an attorney from New York, to practice law pro hac vice in Case No. 2024-00326, which involves the electronic 2024 Joint Integrated Resource Plan of Louisville Gas and Electric Company and Kentucky Utilities Company.
