FRANKFORT, Kentucky, March 4 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved an agreement between Kentucky Utilities Company (KU) and Blue Grass Energy Cooperative Corporation to adjust their service territory boundaries within the Parkview Heights Residential Subdivision in Richmond, Kentucky.
