FRANKFORT, Kentucky, March 3 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted partial confidential treatment to documents filed by East Kentucky Power Cooperative, Inc. (EKPC) in Case No. 2024-00310, concerning the construction of a new generation resource. The decision addresses EKPC's requests to keep certain information confidential under Kentucky's Open Records Act.
