CONCORD, New Hampshire, March 5 -- The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has issued a Supplemental Order of Notice to conduct a further phase of review regarding Unitil Energy Systems, Inc. (UES) default service proposals. This review will focus on UES's market-based procurement strategies and proposed changes to reconciliation processes.
