CONCORD, New Hampshire, March 9 -- The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has decided to close Docket DE 22-060, which addressed changes to the state's net metering tariff structure, and will open a new investigative docket to conduct a comprehensive review of the program. This decision, detailed in Order No. 28,110, released on March 7, 2025, aims to provide a holistic approach to addressing remaining issues and developing alternative net metering tariffs.
