WASHINGTON, March 7 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has upheld a prior determination that no violation of Section 337 occurred in an investigation concerning vaporizer devices and cartridges. The case, initiated in response to a complaint by NJOY, LLC of Scottsdale, Arizona, alleged that JUUL Labs, Inc. had infringed upon patents related to certain electronic vaping products.
