ITC Finds Injury From Chinese Steel Fencing Imports, Moves to Final Investigation Phase

WASHINGTON, March 6 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that an industry in the United States is suffering material injury due to imports of temporary steel fencing from China that are allegedly subsidized and sold at less than fair value.

This decision follows an investigation prompted by a petition filed on January 15, 2025, by ZND US Inc., a North Carolina-based company, which claimed that unfairly priced Chinese imports were harming domestic produc . . .
