ITC Ends Medical Device Patent Dispute

WASHINGTON, March 5 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has formally terminated its investigation into alleged patent violations related to medical programmers and printed circuit boards used in sacral neuromodulation systems. The investigation, initiated in April 2024 following a complaint by Medtronic, Inc. and its affiliated entities, accused Axonics, Inc. of infringing upon two patents covering neurostimulator technology.
