WASHINGTON, March 5 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is evaluating a new major license application submitted by Eagle Creek Reusens Hydro, LLC, for the continued operation of the Reusens Hydroelectric Project on the James River in Bedford and Amherst Counties, Virginia.
