WASHINGTON, March 5 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced a proposed rulemaking to allow Gray Television Licensee, LLC, the licensee of KSCW-DT in Wichita, Kansas, to remain on its current channel 12 instead of transitioning to channel 28. Gray previously received approval in 2022 to shift from channel 12 to channel 28 and was granted a construction permit for the new channel.
