U.S. Congressman Max Miller Reintroduces the IMPACT Act

WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Congressman Max Miller (OH-07) and Congresswoman Valerie Foushee (NC-04) reintroduced the Innovative Mitigation Partnerships for Asphalt and Concrete Technologies (IMPACT) Act. This bill previously passed through the House unanimously under suspension of the rules last Congress.
