ALBANY, New York, March 3 -- Niagara Mohawk Power Corp., operating as National Grid, has reached a joint proposal agreement with key New York State agencies regarding the construction of underground transmission lines to serve Micron Technology's new fabrication facilities in the Town of Clay, Onondaga County.
