Washington, DC-- Today, Congressman John Rose (TN-06), Congressman Glenn Ivey (MD-04), and Congressman Scott Fitzgerald (WI-05) re-introduced the bipartisan Safe Access to Cash Act to combat crimes against or involving ATMs including - theft, robbery, and assault.
