EPA Reopens Public Comment Period on Ohio Power Plant Permit Conditions

WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced the reopening of the public comment period for a proposed rule concerning Ohio's Regional Haze State Implementation Plan (SIP). The extension comes after an oversight in which key permit conditions referenced in three Director's Final Findings and Orders (DFFOs) issued by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency were not made available in the public docket until December 23, 2024.
