CONCORD, New Hampshire, Feb. 27 -- The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has denied the Town of Salem's motion to dismiss Liberty Utilities' petition to amend its tariff, while also directing Liberty to revise its proposal. The decision, outlined in Order No. 28,107, addresses Liberty's request to charge municipalities for utility infrastructure alterations mandated by government directives.
