ALBANY, New York, Feb. 27 -- The New York State Public Service Commission has announced a public statement hearing and procedural conference regarding Liberty Utilities (St. Lawrence Gas) Corp.'s petition to expand its service area in the Town of Malone, Franklin County. The hearing, under Case 24-G-0685, will address the company's request to modify its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to include two dairy farm parcels.
