FCC Proposes Channel Swap for Wichita TV Station KSCW-DT

WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) seeking public comment on a proposal to amend the Table of TV Allotments for Wichita, Kansas. The proposal, initiated by Gray Television Licensee, LLC, aims to switch the assigned digital television channel for KSCW-DT from channel 28 back to its current operating channel, channel 12.
