WASHINGTON, Feb. 25 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a regulation that grants an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the Bacillus thuringiensis Cry1B.34 protein in field corn, sweet corn, and popcorn when used as a Plant-Incorporated Protectant (PIP).
