FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Feb. 25 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved a Settlement Agreement revising the Large Industrial Customer Standby Service (LICSS) tariff for Big Rivers Electric Corporation (BREC) and Kenergy Corp. The decision, following a period of rehearing and negotiation, resolves disputes surrounding standby service rates and conditions for large industrial customers.
