CONCORD, New Hampshire, Feb. 22 -- The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has approved Liberty Utilities' proposed Purchase of Receivables (POR) program, along with revisions to its Electric Supplier Services Master Agreement (ESSMA) and electricity delivery service tariff. The decision, issued on February 21, 2025, follows a multi-phase process that began in 2021 with state legislation requiring such programs.
