WASHINGTON, Feb. 21 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is evaluating a petition from TV-49, Inc. to reallocate channel 12 from Silver City, New Mexico, to Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. TV-49, the permittee of the unbuilt station KKAB, requests this change to amend the Table of TV Allotments and modify its construction permit to serve Truth or Consequences as its community of license.
