EPA Extends Comment Period on Labeling Rulemaking Petition

WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency has extended the public comment period on a petition submitted by attorneys general from 11 states, requesting changes to existing labeling regulations under federal law. Originally set to close on February 20, the comment period will now remain open for an additional 30 days.

The petition, filed by officials from Nebraska, Iowa, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Montana, North Dakota, South Carolina, . . .
