WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency has reopened the public comment period on its proposed rule to revoke most tolerances for chlorpyrifos, a widely used pesticide. The original proposal, published in December 2024, sought to eliminate residue tolerances except for certain crops, including apples, peaches, soybeans, and citrus.
